Vonley Royal has 30+ years of information technology experience with an emphasis on network management and design. He began his career with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education in 1989 and has served in a variety of positions leading into his current position. In his latest role, he provides leadership at the executive level for OneNet, an organization he has helped to develop from its earliest stages. He works with a diverse group of clients within both the public and private sectors. Von also serves as Oklahoma’s chief information officer for higher education. In this role, he coordinates I.T. collaborations for the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, with a focus on achieving cost savings for Oklahoma’s colleges and universities. Vonley has a passion for promoting STEM education and initiatives. He is a highly motivated professional who is part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of citizens within the state of Oklahoma and across the country.

Eric Hileman has spent more than 20 years sharing his passion for education and technology. He is currently the Executive Director of IT Services for Oklahoma City Public Schools, where his love for teaching and technology continues to grow. Prior to joining OKCPS, Eric served as the Director of Instructional Technology for the Oklahoma State Department of Education where he conducted workshops on technology integration in the classroom, as well as developing a web-based database that aligned instructional content with Oklahoma’s curriculum framework. Eric also serves as the current Chair of the State Educational Technology Directors Association (SEDTA) and is past President of the Oklahoma Society for Technology in Education.
